As is customary in the Bridal Industry, All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item. Please ask any questions you have before you complete your purchase!
Most items will be delivered in about seven - fourteen days within the U.S. and about two and a half to three weeks to the U.K. and Canada. If you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your request. There may be additional rush fees required to ship an item sooner or to use faster shipping methods, the amount of which is dependent on the service needed.
Please note that there may be customs fees levied on shipments to Canada and the U.K. as well as any other country outside the U.S.
International Buyers Please Note: Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges (Typically Collected Upon Pickup or Delivery) are the BUYER'S Responsibility and are NOT Included in the Item Price or Shipping Charges. Please Check with Your Country's Customs Office Prior To looking to Determine What These Additional Costs Will Be.
